Ups and downs, lefts and rights — in life we take many turns... Eventually, we come to a point where the universe makes us stop, whether it is an illness, losing a job or a long-term partner. Suddenly, we are put on pause and have the great opportunity to reflect and readjust our life path.

 

Many years ago, I got the great opportunity to work as an Expat Manager at a young age abroad. As much as this experience marked me and brought lots of joy into my life, it also pushed me to my limits and beyond. Instead of spending my hard-earned money and enjoying life, I was working far beyond what was possible. Fun fact, I did not realize it until serious health issues appeared way too often, which ultimately forced me to quit and take a break.

Months later, I found myself again in this so-called wheel of life running and running and running - behind deadlines, projects, managers, people, CEOs... However, this time I was smarter. I started to take some time to dedicate myself, learned what it means to treat myself good, loving - taking care of my body, mind and soul. I studied a Master in International Coaching and Holistic Psychology, but I wanted more and quoting Buddha “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. And so, he did and over the last few years I was able to study the most amazing techniques to work on emotional, physical and energetic blockades. Using those techniques for myself allowed me to heal, explore and discover my true self. As this is so powerful and the greater good of everyone is of such importance to me, I decided to create this program to encourage people like you and me to dig deeper and discover their true selves.
